Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- basic HACCP and GMP knowledge required
- ability to operate production machinery
- physical ability to lift 20-50 lb bags
- ability to climb step ladders
- ability to monitor and adjust dough quality
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- successful completion of background investigation and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- basic HACCP knowledge
- basic GMP knowledge
- ability to read and understand batch tickets
- ability to operate mixers and related equipment
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- perform all phases of the mixing operation including knowledge of ingredient location and types, measuring and weighing processes, and reading batch tickets
- make appropriate adjustments of water and yeast based on temperature and humidity with minimal supervision
- operate mixer, conveyors, and robot
- complete batch tickets for lot tracking and traceability
- climb step ladders as needed
- perform sanitation of all mixing equipment
- lift 20-50 lb bags
- monitor dough quality and identify problems making necessary adjustments
- assist in training new mixer operators
- stay updated on new work methods and job procedures
- assist in other work areas as directed by supervisor
