Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service experience preferred
- ability to work full-time hours
- flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- willingness to complete sanitation certification
- capability to train and mentor staff
Job Qualifications
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
- knowledge in operating an efficient cost-effective program
- ability to perform basic arithmetic

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules
- prepare production packets including production sheets and recipes
- direct daily food service activities
- maintain food production quality and safety according to policies
- ensure safe and organized food storage
- maintain serving schedules and adhere to menu specifications
- uphold sanitary standards following health and safety regulations
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders as needed
- supervise and evaluate employees
- promote employee growth and teamwork
- maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- keep maintenance logs for department equipment
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checklists
- recommend equipment replacement
- multitask efficiently
- fill in for absent employees
- coordinate daily catering events and attend occasional night and weekend events
- attend food service meetings
- maintain staff communication
- perform cashier duties when necessary
- promote good public relations
