Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- six months work experience preferred unless currently attending school
- ability to memorize menu items and prices
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- effective communication in English
- compliance with city Department of Health regulations
- adherence to dress code policies
- physically able to stand for extended hours
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- memorize menu abbreviations and prices
- perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- handle, organize, and balance money and credit card charge slips
- prepare vegetables, fruits, and salads
- set up front line and back line stations
- operate meat slicers and other kitchen equipment
- perform sandwich making, expediting, food running, dishwashing, and restocking duties
