Job Qualifications

  • Strong financial acumen with P&L experience
  • Excellent communication and team management skills

  • Experience in concepts with annual sales of 2 to 3 million dollars
  • Hands-on operational expertise

Job Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency
  • Lead and mentor culinary staff in Japanese and Sushi cuisine preparation
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and food presentation
  • Analyze financial reports and manage P&L to meet budgetary goals
  • Implement and control cost management systems
  • Develop menus aligned with company standards and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
