Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese
- Fluency in English
- Relevant experience in real estate asset management
- Flexibility in work hours and travel
- Ability to work collaboratively with international teams
- Willingness to attend regular meetings with Japan team
- Eligible for visa or OPT support with relevant prior experience

- Proven experience in real estate asset management
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of urban development and real estate technologies
- Experience in financial analysis and due diligence

Job Duties
- Review and acquire new deals including deal information gathering, income and expense analysis, due diligence, documentation, and financing policy review
- Develop new partners
- Manage existing deals including income and expense management, project schedule oversight, leasing projects, coordinating with local partners
- Plan and execute property sales with a portfolio across multiple cities
- Consider new asset types such as logistics, detached rental housing, residential land development, and residential condominiums
- Support head office business plan development by assisting in policy and plan formulation twice a year
- Gather information on urban development projects, smart home technologies, and promote ESG initiatives including carbon neutrality
- Perform administrative operations and miscellaneous tasks including assisting President in accounting, tax, and general affairs
