- prior experience as a janitor or porter in property management, hospitality, or related field
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and commercial floor care

Job Duties
- perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the community
- collaborate with team members including maintenance staff and property managers to address resident requests and assist with various tasks
- monitor and address potential safety hazards to ensure the well-being of residents and visitors
- efficiently perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning while adhering to protocols and schedules
- build positive relationships with residents through friendly and professional interactions and respond promptly to their requests
- promptly remove trash, debris, and recycling materials from designated areas ensuring proper disposal according to guidelines
