Job Description
This job opportunity is at a McDonald's restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. While the franchisee operates the restaurant using McDonald’s trademarks and food products, it is a distinct legal entity responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This means that if hired, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee handles all human resource decisions and maintains full control of employment policies at the restaurant.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to perform physical tasks
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle physical work and lift moderate weights
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance tools and procedures
Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- Maintain outside grounds
- Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Unload delivery truck twice a week
- Take out and empty trash compactor
- Change light bulbs
- Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof of debris
