This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. It is important to note that the franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. Therefore, all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed exclusively by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical labor
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- basic maintenance skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior maintenance or janitorial experience beneficial
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and climbing
- good communication skills

- reliability and punctuality
Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds
- clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- unload delivery truck 2 times a week
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof of debris
