Job Requirements
- physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
- may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors and squat, stoop, or bend
- ability to navigate around the facility for long periods of time
- facility has intermittent noise
Job Qualifications
- housekeeping, janitorial, or porter experience preferred
- high school diploma or GED required or working towards it
- willingness to work a variety of shifts
- ability to work well under minimal supervision
- capacity to take direction and follow through
- strong attention to detail
- must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays
Job Duties
- performs general field clean-up
- monitors for spills and clean as needed
- cleans and maintain all bathrooms including toilets, sinks, floors, restock supplies
- cleans all guest seating
- facility trash and recycles removal
- provide courteous and friendly service to all guests provide answers and directions as needed
- complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- remove garbage and recycling during events and prepare bins for daily pick-up
- handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
- any additional tasks assigned by management
