Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Minimum 3 years experience in janitorial or cleaning services
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage team schedules and tasks effectively
- Good communication skills
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties and supervise staff
- Proficiency in using electronic devices for work-related tasks
- Ability to obtain necessary security credentials and clearances
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Communicate effectively in English including reading, writing, and speaking
- 3 years of experience in janitorial or cleaning services with prior supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and health and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to create and manage cleaning schedules and tasks effectively
- Good communication skills for liaising with staff and other departments
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and supervise a team
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including using electronic devices such as iPads/Tablets, computers, and mobile devices
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and through electronic means
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances such as FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal as applicable
- Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the janitorial staff
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Inspect areas to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and quality standards
- Provide training and guidance on cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Manage inventory and maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with airport departments for special cleaning projects and requirements
- Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
