Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- eligible to work in the United States
- valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- effective communication in English
- minimum three years janitorial or cleaning services experience including supervisory experience
- knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, health and safety standards
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- ability to manage schedules and tasks
- good interpersonal communication skills
- physical ability to perform job duties
- ability to use electronic devices
- eligibility to obtain required credentials and clearances
- flexible availability for various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- eligible to work in the United States
- must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- communicate effectively in English including reading, writing, and speaking
- three years of experience in janitorial or cleaning services with prior supervisory experience
- strong knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and health and safety standards
- excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage and motivate a team
- ability to create and manage cleaning schedules and tasks effectively
- good communication skills for liaising with staff and other departments
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and supervise a team
- ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including use of electronic devices
- effectively communicate with colleagues and clients in-person and through electronic means
- eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances applicable to the position
- flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the janitorial staff
- develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain high cleanliness standards
- inspect areas to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and quality standards
- provide training and guidance on cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- manage inventory and maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment
- coordinate with airport departments for special cleaning projects and requirements
- exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- perform any additional duties as assigned by management
