Job Requirements
- Clean DMV record
- pass criminal background screening
- employees assigned to airport customers are subject to airport screening requirements
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- high school diploma or GED
- three to five years related experience and/or training, preferably in janitorial/facilities field

- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

- bilingual English/Spanish desired
Job Duties
- Supervise employees and help delegate operations schedule to ensure proper work area coverage
- help with motivating workers by inspiring workers towards better work performance
- evaluate performance of personnel and inspect assigned areas to ensure proper work performance
- perform hands-on support including dust mopping, sweeping, stripping/refinishing, carpet scrubbing, servicing restrooms, window washing
- find and define problems, resolve issues, and make appropriate recommendations to management and customer contacts
- report any issues, concerns, or discrepancies to Operations Manager/Operations Coordinator
- address customer concerns and inquiries and report any new or changing job/work orders
- perform, track, and evaluate purchasing activities, supply and equipment usage and repairs
- ensure appropriate labeling, dilution, and storage requirements in accordance with company, customer, and OSHA standards
- provide on the job training for staff/employees
- participate in company and customer training to ensure effective communication and distribution of information
- carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies, customer's rules and regulations and applicable laws
