Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 35 pounds repeatedly
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible hours Monday through Friday
- No prior experience necessary as training is provided
- Reliable transportation to various job sites
- Ability to use a mobile-friendly application for pay on demand
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate floor care equipment (for floor tech role)
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to undergo training
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- General cleaning including dusting and trash removal
- Cleaning restrooms to maintain sanitation
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Stripping and waxing floors as a floor tech
- Buffing floors and using floor care equipment
- Moving furniture to facilitate thorough cleaning
- Performing additional sanitation duties assigned by the supervisor
