Job Requirements
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays

- Experience in labor agreement compliance and contract management
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Knowledge of applicable union contracts and employee relations
- Strong financial management skills including inventory control

Job Duties
- Work events and post events as needed including weekends and holidays
- Lead a diverse team to ensure quality service delivery
- Engage in regular client interaction to maintain relationships
- Assess contract requirements and develop timely, cost-effective work plans
- Control expenses and achieve operational and financial goals
- Manage employee relations including hiring, training, and evaluating staff
- Promote customer retention and expand billable services
- Report accidents and property damage accurately
- Participate in management meetings to address project-related issues
- Use technical tools like MS Office Suite and smartphones for operations management
