Job Requirements

  • Flexible availability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent follow-up
  • Technical savvy with MS Office Suite, smartphones, and internet applications
  • Experience in labor agreement compliance and contract management
  • Ability to lead and develop diverse teams
  • Knowledge of applicable union contracts and employee relations
  • Strong financial management skills including inventory control

  • Understanding of service industry practices and trends

Job Duties

  • Work events and post events as needed including weekends and holidays
  • Lead a diverse team to ensure quality service delivery
  • Engage in regular client interaction to maintain relationships
  • Assess contract requirements and develop timely, cost-effective work plans
  • Control expenses and achieve operational and financial goals
  • Manage employee relations including hiring, training, and evaluating staff
  • Promote customer retention and expand billable services
  • Report accidents and property damage accurately
  • Participate in management meetings to address project-related issues
  • Use technical tools like MS Office Suite and smartphones for operations management
