Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- ability to walk and stand for 10 to 12 hours per shift
- ability to follow detailed written instructions
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- effective communication skills
- willingness to use KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software
- compliance with cell phone reimbursement policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in janitorial or cleaning services beneficial but not required
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
- basic problem-solving and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent janitorial cleaning services
- interact with customers to prioritize daily work needs
- maintain customer relations and execute customer requests
- execute daily janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness
- demonstrate broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- provide solutions to problems and lead when necessary
- perform other responsibilities as directed by manager
