Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Ability to walk frequently around the facility throughout entire shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours
- Ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical safety documents generally in English
- Effective communication with internal and external customers
- Passing background check and drug test
- Ability to use KBSPresence mobile app for timekeeping and training
- Cell phone reimbursement provided for work-related phone use
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous but not required
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services to maintain facility cleanliness
- Interact with customers daily to prioritize and fulfill work requests
- Maintain strong customer relations by executing service and janitorial duties effectively
- Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Lead or provide solutions to problems encountered on site
- Perform other responsibilities as directed by management
