Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for 10-12 hours per shift
- Ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and chemical handling documents
- Effective communication with internal and external customers
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Must use KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app
- Willingness to work shifts Monday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational instructions
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed and written instructions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services
- Interact with customers and prioritize tasks based on daily work needs
- Work in high volume and heavy traffic sites
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Execute customer requests promptly
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- Provide solutions and lead when needed
