Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- walk frequently throughout entire shift
- stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
- carry out detailed or written instructions
- read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling documents generally in English
- communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- pass background check and drug test
- download and use the KBSPresence app on personal mobile devices for timekeeping
- adhere to attendance and training protocols using provided software
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in janitorial or cleaning services is an asset
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- problem-solving skills to address cleaning-related challenges
- ability to understand and follow written instructions and safety guidelines
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures
- capable of working in fast-paced and high-traffic environments
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services
- interact with customers daily and prioritize work based on customer needs
- maintain excellent customer relations while executing customer requests
- perform daily janitorial duties
- have a broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- lead and provide solutions to various problems
- perform other responsibilities as directed by the manager
