Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- ability to walk in and around the facility frequently throughout the entire shift
- must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
- ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safety documents
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- background check and drug test required
- willingness to use KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app and own a personal mobile device
- comply with applicable local laws regarding cell phone use reimbursement
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- broad knowledge of cleaning products and procedures
- strong problem-solving abilities
- ability to follow detailed instructions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services
- interact with customers and prioritize work based on daily needs
- work in high volume and heavy traffic sites
- maintain excellent customer relations
- execute customer requests and meet daily janitorial duties
- demonstrate broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- lead and provide solutions to problems
- perform other responsibilities as directed by manager
