Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling documents in English
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- willingness to use KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software on personal device
- availability to work varied shifts
- physical capability to walk frequently throughout entire shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and read safety documents
- basic problem-solving skills
- reliable and punctual work ethic
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services
- interact with customers and prioritize work based on their daily needs
- maintain strong customer relations and fulfill requests
- execute daily janitorial duties efficiently
- follow safety rules and procedures
- operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely
- report issues and provide solutions as directed by management
