Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift
- ability to carry out detailed written instructions
- ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents generally in English
- effective communication with internal and external customers
- download and utilize KBSPresence mobile app for timekeeping
- willingness to work M-F 4pm-8pm shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles advantageous
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- proficiency with mobile apps for timekeeping and training
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services in high-traffic and high-volume locations
- interact with customers daily and prioritize tasks based on their needs
- maintain excellent customer relations while fulfilling janitorial duties
- demonstrate broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial procedures
- provide leadership and problem-solving solutions
- follow all safety and operational protocols
- complete other tasks as directed by the manager
