Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours
- ability to follow detailed or written instructions
- ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents generally in English
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- willingness to use KBSPresence mobile app for timekeeping and training
- must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- effective communication skills
- basic knowledge of cleaning processes and safety procedures
- problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services while interacting with customers
- prioritize work based on daily customer needs
- complete cleaning tasks efficiently in high volume and heavy traffic sites
- maintain excellent customer relations
- execute customer requests and meet daily janitorial duties
- apply broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- provide solutions to various problems as needed
