Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Part-time availability
- Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Compliance with Walmart drug-free workplace policy
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to adhere to store safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Basic physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of store areas including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving areas
- Ensure store environment is safe and hygienic for customers and staff
- Perform routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal
- Respond promptly to spills and hazards to prevent accidents
- Support store operations by maintaining order and tidiness during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with team members to meet store cleanliness standards
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management
