Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work part-time overnight shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Adherence to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual tasks
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness of parking lot and store exterior areas
- Maintain restrooms and customer areas by cleaning and sanitizing
- Perform sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal throughout the store
- Monitor and address safety hazards such as spills promptly
- Support receiving area maintenance and cleanliness
- Follow safety protocols and store policies to maintain a safe environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily cleanliness standards
