Job Requirements
- ability to work overnight shifts
- minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing
- must be able to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- availability to work part-time hours
- pass Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior janitorial or custodial experience is a plus
- ability to work overnight shifts
- strong attention to detail and reliability
- good communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- clean floors and surfaces including parking lots and restrooms
- empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the receiving and storage areas
- identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues
- use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- ensure compliance with company health and safety standards
- assist with inventory and restocking of janitorial supplies
