Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work overnight shifts
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- willingness to comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- reliable transportation to the Sugar Land Walmart Supercenter
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous janitorial or cleaning experience is an advantage
- ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- good communication skills
- attention to detail
- reliability and strong work ethic
- basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of the store including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area
- ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and associates
- perform cleaning and janitorial tasks during overnight shifts
- adhere to safety and health regulations
- report and address maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly
- collaborate with store management and other departments as needed
- follow company policies and procedures regarding janitorial work
