Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Prior experience in janitorial or related cleaning role preferred
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long durations
- Willingness to adhere to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Availability to work part-time hours
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment properly
Job Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness of store premises including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving areas
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash collection, and restroom sanitation
- Respond promptly to spills and other cleanliness issues to prevent hazards
- Follow company policies for safety and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Support store operations by ensuring high standards of cleanliness and orderliness
- Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the business day
