Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Physical ability to perform janitorial duties such as lifting and standing
- Must meet or exceed the minimum wage laws applicable to the location
- Ability to comply with company drug-free workplace policy
- Willingness to work full-time hours
- Reliable transportation to the Walmart Supercenter location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including mid and closing shifts
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness of the store including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area
- Maintain a safe and sanitary store environment
- Support daily janitorial operations and upkeep
- Work efficiently during assigned mid-shift or closing shifts
- Follow company cleanliness and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
