Job Requirements
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Availability for part-time employment
- Reliable transportation to and from the Walmart Supercenter
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience a plus
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of store areas including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area
- Ensure store environment is safe and sanitary
- Perform janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
- Adhere to Walmart’s safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with store management and team members to uphold store appearance
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests or incidents
