Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is beneficial
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and understand safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness of the store including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for customers and associates
- Perform janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom cleaning
- Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
- Support compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store cleanliness standards
