Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Experience in floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, auto-scrubbing, and carpet cleaning is preferred
- Previous janitorial experience in hospitals or schools is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to integrity and professionalism
- Capacity to perform moderate physical labor
- Willingness to follow company policies and the Honor Contract
Job Duties
- Clean assigned spaces to high standards
- Perform floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, auto-scrubbing, and carpet cleaning
- Operate provided cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Participate in training sessions for continuous improvement
- Communicate openly about job progress and quality
- Uphold the Honor Contract by maintaining honesty, attentiveness, and respect
- Adhere to safety and health guidelines including moderate physical activity with lifting up to 30 lbs
