Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to safely operate equipment
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation policies
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternative courses of action
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Control costs by not overstocking or disposing of unused materials
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas, including restocking supplies
- Clean and maintain windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures
- Dust all wood and fixtures
- Polish all brass plates, rails and hardware
- Clean and maintain all ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC air vents
- Empty trash and maintain trash cans
- Clean and maintain back dock area
- Assist other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- Smile and be friendly while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required
