Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- able to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous maintenance experience in hotel or restaurant preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- self-motivated and disciplined
- friendly and professional attitude
- ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- ability to stand or walk for long periods
- age at least 18 years
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or significant matters
- operate all equipment safely and correctly
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
- control costs by managing material inventory
- clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- maintain storage areas and stocking
- clean windows, lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures
- clean wood floors, walls, tile, and carpets
- maintain restroom cleanliness and restock supplies
- dust wood and fixtures
- polish brass plates, rails, and hardware
- clean ceiling fans, air intakes, and HVAC vents
- maintain mats and trash cans
- clean back dock area
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain friendly and professional demeanor
- demonstrate effective communication with guests and team members
- remain disciplined and self-motivated
- comply with dress guidelines
