Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
  • able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
  • able to read and write handwritten notes
  • able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • able to move about facility and stand for long periods
  • able to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous maintenance experience in hotel or restaurant preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • self-motivated and disciplined
  • friendly and professional attitude
  • ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
  • ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • age at least 18 years

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or significant matters
  • operate all equipment safely and correctly
  • use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
  • control costs by managing material inventory
  • clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
  • maintain storage areas and stocking
  • clean windows, lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures
  • clean wood floors, walls, tile, and carpets
  • maintain restroom cleanliness and restock supplies
  • dust wood and fixtures
  • polish brass plates, rails, and hardware
  • clean ceiling fans, air intakes, and HVAC vents
  • maintain mats and trash cans
  • clean back dock area
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain friendly and professional demeanor
  • demonstrate effective communication with guests and team members
  • remain disciplined and self-motivated
  • comply with dress guidelines
