Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for 100 percent of the shift
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Commitment to adhere to dress code and maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Must be disciplined and self-motivated
- Friendly demeanor with ability to smile
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation policies
- Ability to follow instructions and company guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Control costs by not overstocking or disposing of unused materials
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of maintenance storage areas
- Clean and maintain windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures
- Clean and maintain wood floors and walls, tile and carpets
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas, including restocking of supplies
- Dust all wood and fixtures
- Polish brass plates, rails and hardware
- Clean and maintain ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC air vents
- Clean and maintain mats
- Empty trash and maintain trash cans
- Clean and maintain back dock area
- Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum team member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
- Be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required
