Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk 100% of shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
Job Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Disciplined and self-motivated
- Friendly and able to smile while working
- Ability to follow dress guidelines and maintain neat, clean, and professional appearance
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in an enjoyable environment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Use chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Control costs by managing stocks and disposing of unused materials
- Clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of maintenance storage areas
- Clean and maintain windows, lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures
- Clean and maintain wood floors, walls, tile, and carpets
- Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
- Dust wood and fixtures
- Polish brass plates, rails, and hardware
- Clean ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC vents
- Maintain mats
- Empty trash and maintain trash cans
- Clean back dock area
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship to promote morale and productivity
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
