Job Requirements
- team member must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand or walk 100% of the shift
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- frequent reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping and wiping

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

- ability to operate equipment safely
- knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow company dress guidelines
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- deliver unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep supervisor informed of problems and take corrective action
- operate all equipment safely and correctly
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- control costs by managing material stock
- clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- maintain cleanliness of maintenance storage areas
- clean windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures
- clean and maintain wood floors, tile and carpets
- maintain restroom cleanliness and restocking supplies
- dust wood and fixtures
- polish brass plates and hardware
- clean ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC vents
- clean mats
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- clean back dock area
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- maintain a friendly demeanor and smile while working
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- be disciplined and self-motivated
- comply with dress guidelines and maintain professional appearance
