Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods

- frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
- must be at least 18 years of age
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous maintenance experience at a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment preferred but not required
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- disciplined and self-motivated
- ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times
- friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through a combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal celebration environment
- keep immediate supervisor fully informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- safely and correctly operate all equipment
- use chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- control costs by managing inventory effectively without overstocking or wasting materials
- clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, drains, windows, lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms, including restocking supplies
- dust wood and fixtures, polish brass plates, rails and hardware
- clean ceiling fans, air intakes, HVAC air vents, mats, and back dock area
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all company team members to promote a cooperative and productive workplace
- be friendly and maintain a professional appearance while working days, nights, or weekends
