Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and move about facility for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow company dress guidelines and maintain a neat professional appearance
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Deliver unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for fun
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Use chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Control costs by not overstocking or disposing of unused materials
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of maintenance storage areas
- Clean and maintain all windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures
- Clean and maintain wood floors and walls, tile and carpets
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas including restocking supplies
- Dust all wood and fixtures
- Polish all brass plates, rails and hardware
- Clean and maintain ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC air vents
- Clean and maintain all mats
- Empty trash and maintain trash cans
- Clean and maintain back dock area
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain favorable working relationships to promote cooperation and morale
- Smile and be friendly while working days, nights or weekends as required
