Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance experience in hotel or restaurant preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- self-motivated and disciplined
- ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends
- ability to operate maintenance equipment safely
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in an enjoyable environment
- keeps immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action or suggests alternatives
- safely and correctly operates all equipment
- uses chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- controls costs by avoiding overstocking or disposing of unused materials
- cleans and maintains kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- maintains storage areas cleanliness and stocking
- cleans and maintains windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures
- cleans and maintains wood floors, walls, tile and carpets
- maintains cleanliness and sanitation of restroom areas including restocking supplies
- dusts all wood and fixtures
- polishes brass plates, rails and hardware
- cleans and maintains ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC air vents
- empties trash and cleans trash cans
- cleans and maintains back dock area
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains favorable working relationships to promote a cooperative working climate
- must be friendly and able to smile throughout the shift
