Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights and weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand and move about facility for long periods
- able to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping and wiping

Job Qualifications

- previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

- ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely
Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action
- operates all equipment safely and correctly
- uses chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- adheres to company safety and sanitation policies
- controls costs by managing supplies efficiently
- cleans and maintains kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- manages maintenance storage areas, cleanliness, and stocking
- cleans windows, lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures
- maintains wood floors, walls, tiles, and carpets
- sanitizes restroom areas and restocks supplies
- dusts wood and fixtures
- polishes brass plates, rails, and hardware
- cleans ceiling fans, air intakes, and HVAC vents
- cleans mats and trash cans
- maintains back dock area
- assists other team members as needed
- fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- maintains a friendly and professional demeanor during shifts
