Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- Keep supervisor informed of problems and take corrective action
- Safely operate all equipment
- Use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
- Control costs by managing inventory
- Clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, drains
- Maintain storage areas cleanliness and stocking
- Clean windows, lamps, mirrors, light fixtures
- Maintain wood floors, walls, tile, carpets
- Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
- Dust wood and fixtures
- Polish brass plates, rails, hardware
- Clean ceiling fans, air intakes, HVAC vents
- Maintain all mats
- Empty trash and clean trash cans
- Keep back dock area clean
- Assist team members as needed
- Maintain positive working relationships
- Smile and be friendly during shifts
- Communicate early with guests and team
- Dress neat, clean, professional
