Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Able to stand or walk for 100 percent of shift
- Able to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- Able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Self-motivated with strong discipline
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or significant matters and take corrective action
- Safely operate all equipment
- Use chemicals correctly for safety and cost control
- Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
- Control costs by managing materials effectively
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- Maintain storage areas, cleanliness, and stock
- Clean and maintain windows, lamps, mirrors, light fixtures, wood floors, tile, and carpets
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restocking supplies
- Dust wood and fixtures
- Polish brass plates, rails, and hardware
- Clean ceiling fans, air intakes, HVAC vents, and mats
- Empty and maintain trash cans
- Clean back dock area
- Assist other team members as needed
- Foster a positive working relationship with team members
- Smile and remain friendly during shifts
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Follow dress code and maintain professional appearance
- Work days, nights, and weekends as required
