Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of the shift
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
- Willingness to comply with dress guidelines, maintaining neat, clean and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Ability to handle chemicals safely and follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrations
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Control costs by not overstocking or disposing of unused materials
- Clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of maintenance storage areas
- Clean and maintain windows, lamps, mirrors, light fixtures, wood floors, tile, carpets
- Maintain sanitation and restock supplies in restroom areas
- Dust wood and fixtures, polish brass plates, rails and hardware
- Clean and maintain ceiling fans, air intakes, HVAC air vents, mats
- Empty trash and maintain trash cans
- Clean and maintain back dock area
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain favorable working relationships with team members to promote a harmonious working environment
- Be friendly and smile during shifts
- Demonstrate ability to communicate early with guests and other team members
- Be disciplined and self-motivated
- Dress neatly and professionally at all times
