Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand for 100 percent of shift
- Frequent ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
- Adherence to company dress guidelines looking neat, clean and professional
- Must be friendly with a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate effective communication skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Demonstrated discipline and self-motivation
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professional appearance according to dress code
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternatives
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Control costs by not overstocking or disposing of unused materials
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of maintenance storage areas
- Clean and maintain all windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures
- Clean and maintain wood floors and walls, tile and carpets
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas including restocking supplies
- Dust all wood and fixtures
- Polish all brass plates, rails and hardware
- Clean and maintain all ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC air vents
- Clean and maintain all mats
- Empty trash and clean and maintain trash cans
- Clean and maintain back dock area
- Assist other team members as needed or when business demands
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working atmosphere
- Be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights, and weekends as required
