Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- disciplined and self-motivated
- able to maintain professionalism and adhere to dress guidelines
Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keeps immediate supervisor informed of all significant problems or unusual matters
- safely and correctly operates all equipment
- uses chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies
- controls costs by managing inventory
- cleans and maintains kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- maintains storage areas cleanliness and stocking
- cleans windows, lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures
- maintains wood floors, walls, tile, and carpets
- cleans and restocks all restroom areas
- dusts wood and fixtures
- polishes brass plates, rails, and hardware
- maintains ceiling fans, air intakes, and HVAC vents
- empties trash and maintains trash cans
- cleans back dock area
- assists other team members as needed
- fosters a cooperative and harmonious working environment
- maintains professionalism and friendliness while working varied shifts
