Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Stand or walk 100% of the shift
- Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must adhere to dress guidelines and maintain a neat, clean appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Friendly and cooperative attitude
Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Safely operates all equipment
- Uses chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- Adheres to company safety and sanitation policies
- Controls costs by managing materials
- Cleans and maintains kitchen, floors, walls, drains, windows, lamps, fixtures, floors, tiles, carpets, restrooms, and other facility areas
- Empties trash and maintains trash cans
- Maintains clean and stocked maintenance storage areas
- Assists team members as needed
- Maintains favorable working relationships with all team members
- Smiles and remains friendly while working various shifts
