Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- Ability to walk multiple sites during shift
- Ability to lead and motivate a cleaning team
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory and security of keys
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM shift
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer service experience preferred
- One year of similar work experience preferred
- Ability to provide leadership and motivate team members
- Good communication skills
- Basic organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including walking multiple sites
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday evening shifts
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
- Report performance issues to the supervisor
- Assist with the training of cleaning team
- Coordinate work assignments
- Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
- Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
- Report work orders for maintenance
- Make sure premises are secured at all times
- Work with manager to schedule jobs with property manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
- Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with manager
- Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
- Complete order forms completely and accurately
- Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
