Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
- capable of working in noisy and fast-paced environments
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand and walk for entire shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- Delivering an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keeping supervisors informed of problems and taking corrective actions
- operating equipment safely and correctly
- using chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- adhering to safety and sanitation policies
- controlling costs by managing material usage
- cleaning and maintaining kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- maintaining storage cleanliness and stocking
- cleaning windows, lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures
- maintaining wood floors, walls, tile, and carpets
- sanitizing restrooms and restocking supplies
- dusting wood and fixtures
- polishing brass plates, rails, and hardware
- cleaning ceiling fans, air intakes, and HVAC vents
- maintaining mats
- emptying trash and maintaining trash cans
- cleaning back dock area
- assisting team members as needed
- fostering cooperative and harmonious working relationships
- demonstrating friendliness and professionalism
