Job Duties
- Perform a wide range of cleaning and maintenance duties to keep both the interior and exterior of the establishment in top condition
- Ensure that all guest areas, including restrooms, dining spaces, and gaming floors, are immaculate and well-maintained
- Safely and effectively operate all cleaning equipment and handle various cleaning chemicals in accordance with company safety guidelines
- Manage and organize janitorial supplies, ensuring all storage areas are neat, stocked, and accessible
- Maintain the cleanliness of all flooring surfaces, including wood, tile, and carpet, as well as windows, mirrors, and light fixtures
- Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen areas, walls, and drains to meet health and safety standards
- Empty and clean trash receptacles, managing all waste and ensuring the back dock area is kept tidy
- Dust and polish all fixtures, brass elements, and other surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance
- Communicate any maintenance issues or supply needs to your supervisor promptly
- Foster a positive working relationship with all team members to create a collaborative and productive atmosphere
- Assist fellow team members with tasks as needed to support smooth business operations
