Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for 100 percent of the shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Must comply with company safety and sanitation policies
- Must be neat, clean and professional in appearance

- Prior maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Friendly and personable attitude
- Professional appearance adhering to dress guidelines
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Use chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Control costs by managing supplies carefully and avoiding overstock or waste
- Clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, drains, windows, lamps, mirrors, wood floors, tile, carpets and restrooms
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of maintenance storage areas
- Polish brass plates, rails and hardware
- Clean and maintain ceiling fans, air intakes, HVAC vents, mats, and trash cans
- Clean and maintain back dock areas
- Assist other team members as needed and maintain favorable working relationships
- Smile and maintain friendly demeanor while working days, nights or weekends as required
